Referenced Herd Sires
Alpacas of America has bred and owns many outstanding herd sires that have sired show winners across North America and throughout Europe. Here, Alpacas of America's bloodlines have produced numerous AOBA Color Champions, Reserve Color Champions, and ribbon winners. In Europe, AOA offspring have received Championships, Reserve Champions and a multitude of first place winners. Their production continues to be some of the best in the world. Herd sires of these award-winning bloodlines are marked with this ribbon. Several of these sires are responsible for too many ribbon winners to list in their entirety. (For example, Peruvian Meteor in the United States alone has been responsible for 40 Champion ribbons, 30 Reserve Champion, and 213 First Place ribbons, and no less than 550 other ribbons.)
